Visual Indicator of customer updates in List Views specially Service Operations Workspace

Hello,

 

I'm looking for a way to implement visual indicators within Service Operations Workspace for all lists views (INC, RITM, REQ) of when a customer has updated the ticket.

I have been able to get it to work on the "All->Incidents" list using a System UI - Style Field on the Incident Table:

But not on the Service Operations Workspace (Incidents below):

Does anyone know how to add a visual indicator to all list views including Service Operation Workspace for when a customer updates a ticket?

Yes, I have the same query regarding the above configuration on SOW. I have tried something, but it didn't work.
Can anybody please confirm if it's possible to implement visual indicators within Service Operations Workspace for all lists views (INC/SCTASK) of when a customer has updated the ticket.
