What should we do if a group DL not getting mails from ServiceNow? How to fix it?

Hi @RichaRose DL stands for distribution list?
If a group has a group email populated (it could distribution list) it will send it to this address and it's recipients will receive it, if it is empty, all the ACTIVE group members will receive it to their email addresses.
Can you check this, eventually share more details?

Hi @RichaRose ,
Please remember, ServiceNow prevents repeat sends to addresses known to bounce, to maintain deliverability and avoid spam issues. That’s why the system logs show: Blocking Bounce Email addresses....
Here’s how to resolve it:
Navigate to System Mailboxes > Bounced (or access the Bounce Email Address table sys_blocked_email_address).
Locate the bounced group email address.
Reset its Failed Count to 0.
Change the State to New (or equivalent unblocked status). Once updated, emails will flow again to that group....
Later, Confirm the email address is correct and up-to-date in your Group DL configuration.
