Unable to access Creator Studio

Hi Team,

I am unable to access Creator Studio in my PDI. When I click on Creator Studio, it shows the below message. Could anyone please suggest what can be done, any pointers would be helpful. Thank you!

In this post i could see that there are some condition to access via PDI

Note : Your PDI has to be on Washington DC Release Patch 3 Hot fix 1

Thank you, but I have already installed the necessary plugins, meeting all conditions in my PDI.

Try repairing the plugin once:

  1. Go to Plugins.

  2. Search for 'Creator Studio'.

  3. Repair it."
