Add/Edit Client email template module from workspace

Hi,

I am trying to provide email client template module on CSM workspace to the business users, so that customer can add/modify the template based on their requirements.

But upon working on this development, I saw the field body html "html script" field is not editable/supported on workspace as mentioned by ServiceNow as below not supported but its supported on native UI.

Hence wanted to check, is their any way anyone has implemented this feature on any workspace? If Yes, how we can achieve this and can provide solution to customer, so that they can edit the template from workspace.

In my opinion, it is feasible to design a straightforward button within the workspace that links to an email client template. Should business users wish to make edits, they can do so directly.

Best Practice: Modifications should not be made directly by business users. Instead, any changes should be directed to the ServiceNow administrator, who will implement them following the appropriate ticketing and approval processes.
