Announcements in workspace

I have a requirement to show the contents of this table in workspace UI as announcements

I am unable to add this table(sys_ux_banner_announcement) in data resource in UI builder to fetch the records

Need suggestions with this or some other approach we can try to get announcements into the workspace.
