As a ServiceNow system administrator, your task is to establish accounts for Global Enterprises and its subsidiary, Global Enterprises USA. Additionally, create an account for the partner, Tech Innovations.

  1. Create an account for Global Enterprises
  2. Create an account for Global Enterprises USA, designating Global Enterprises as its parent account.
  3. Create a partner account for Tech Innovations.
  4. Create contacts under the respective accounts:
    • For Global Enterprises: Carla Kelly and Adam Johnson (with Adam Johnson designated as the customer’s administrator).
    • For Global Enterprises USA: Ursula Vernon.
    • For Tech Innovations: Peter Robinson (designated as the partner’s administrator).
  5. Assign roles:
    • Grant the customer administrator role to Adam Johnson.
    • Grant the partner administrator role to Peter Robinson.
  6. Designate primary contacts for each account:
    • Adam Johnson for Global Enterprises,
    • Ursula Vernon for Global Enterprises USA,
    • Peter Robinson for Tech Innovations.

Hello @ruchikaadal ,

From what you've posted, it looks like a complete requirement that you've been assigned — almost like a direct implementation request rather than a specific query.

To get the most effective help from the community, I’d recommend breaking it down and posting where exactly you’re stuck — whether it's a technical challenge, logic you're unsure of, or a specific error you're hitting.

We’re always happy to help, but for tasks like this that involve multiple steps and configurations, it’s best if you can:
🔹 Do some initial research
🔹 Try to implement the basic setup
🔹 Then come back with details on what you've tried, what worked, and where you're currently facing issues

That way, not only will you get more targeted help, but you’ll also gain a better understanding of the platform — and you'll feel more confident knowing you solved most of it with just a little push from the community. 🌠

🔹 Please mark Correct if this solves your query, and 👍 Helpful if you found the response valuable.

Best regards,
Aniket Chavan
