Case list issue

Hello,

 

I need to add a new column ('Needs attention') to the case table list, but every time when I click on Configure -> List layout -> add the field to the list....nothing happens.

I did the same steps in my PDI and it works so I have no clue why it doesn't in the dev environment.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Solved the issue by going to All -> Lists, searched for Case table and added it manually in the List elements

did you try "reset to column defaults"  then add the field again ?

Hello! yes, did that too and I have the same behavior.

Tried to cache.do as well, but unfortunately it still doesn't work.

Are you sure you are making changes in the correct Application Scope? Provide some screenshots of your steps for better understanding.
