Case list issue

Hello,

 

I need to add a new column ('Needs attention') to the case table list, but every time when I click on Configure -> List layout -> add the field to the list....nothing happens.

I did the same steps in my PDI and it works so I have no clue why it doesn't in the dev environment.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Solved the issue by going to All -> Lists, searched for Case table and added it manually in the List elements

Hello! Yes, all the changes are made in the correct scope (Customer service) since we are in the Case(sn_customerservice_case) table.
Steps are:
1. Go to the case table
2. Right click ->Configure -> List layout
3. Select field Needs attention and add it to Selected bucket
4. Save the changes

After those steps the list looks exactly how it was before I made the change and if I do again the steps, I am able to see the Needs attention field in the Available bucket
