Changing Color of Case Number in Workspace

I want to have my Case Number change color based on Business Elapsed Time. Lets suppose if the business elapsed time is >75% the Case Number should appear Red on the list view on Workspace.
I tried using Field Styles but it is not working on Workspace, Any leads or hints are appreciated 🙂

Try using the Highlighted Values and this should work for you.

for workspace it's different.
you need to use Highlighted values
Check any existing OOTB one and create something similar for your requirement

Hi tried the Highlighted value but it is not working on case number field, it is working fine for other fields i.e. short description or priority but not on the number.
