Hello everyone,
In our company, we receive requests (cases) from external customers as well as requests (cases) from internal customers. I'm trying to figure out the best way to identify internal customers who belong to the same company.
Should they be associated with the same company in the "core_company" table, or should we create a new account for them as customers?
I appreciate any guidance or best practices you can share. Thank you in advance!
