There was a question on my CSM exam which was something on these lines -
What feature allows the agents to provide updates to customers? Not sure if I remember it right fully bu any pointer is appreciated?

Case Management - it contains activity within Case details in CSM Portal where agents can add additional comments which can be seen by customer in the portal as well as email notification is sent too (if active).
