Customer external csm portal registration approval

Who gets the approvals when a customer is registering on the csm portal? Trying to figure out how the approval is assigned to better understand the logic of this and can approvals be turned off so that customers can just automatically register for an account and it to be created?

Hi,

This information is within the docs. Customer admin users receive the approval request. If the account has no customer admins, then users with the admin role receive the request. This is powered by a legacy workflow and is often replaced with a business specific flow
