Hi,
I am currently working on a requirement where these options ('Approval' and 'Child Case/Related Case') as attached in the image should be disabled while editing the form through quick edit in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
The above mentioned 2 options under pending reason are disabled in the form view through UI policy (as shown in 2nd picture) but these needs to be disabled under this quick edit as well. These options will be auto populated through flow when the conditions are matched but shouldn't be able to set by the agent this way.
Is there any way to achieve this?
