Employee Center search is not showing case record/details when searching for case number.

Hi,

 

If possible I was wondering if anybody knows why we are getting the following issue.

 

When raising a request as a requester in the employee center, it raises a case, and when I go to the 'my requests' menu option, I can see the case number and its details as expected. However if I was then to search that case number in the employee center search field, I expect to see all of the case details (it was previously working for us) as expected, however we can no longer see the case details and instead just get an error advising our search has no matches, see screenshot attached.

This is not just happening for a requester, but also as an admin, and also as an approver. Especially as an admin I would expect to see the details.

Does anybody know, what could be preventing us from seeing the case details.
