Fill Mandatory Fields error message is not showing the field to be filled

I am setting up a new case type. The case will be created from a Record producer. After the case is created, when we try to make any changes to the case record we are getting an error message as below.

I have cross checked and all the mandatory fields are filled and still an error message with no fields is getting popped up. Is there any way to troubleshoot it in Agent workspace.

PS: This behavior is only happening when we access a case form Agent workspace.

Hi @Prem5 

 

To troubleshoot this please try the followings.

1. In the Agent Workspace, verify that all Mandatory fields ( * ) sign is dim out. Sometimes fields are populated with garbage data.

2. Verify that if there is any Custom UI Policy/Client Script and Business Rules working on the Agent Workspace for your case table. Global is unchecked and view is populated.

3. Look into these and you will be able to point out the problem. Most likely will be unwanted script/clash in the policies.
