Filtering by TAGS in Agent Workspace list view doesn't work

I have some few Tags which are viewable by me only. When I filter in list view for case table (sn_customerservice_case) by Tag is working fine but, the same when I filter in list view for case table by Tag in Agent Workspace is not working.

Can anyone have answer that what I needs to do ?

I have followed the same like  tagged to many records, save, set visibility to me but it won't work.

Can you elaborate on what is not working? and which release are you currently? I can see once you tag a record you can search it via the condition builder you pasted on the snapshot

 

when I search the records by filtering through tags is not working in agent workspace.
