How do I get a playbook to run a specific experience in CSM Configurable Workspace?

Hi folks,

We are configuring playbooks for a number of our CSM teams. For each team, we're creating a process in process automation designer, and when our agents load a case in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace that meets that process's criteria, they have a "Playbook" tab slotted before Details and the Related Lists. Exactly one of our CSM teams (our "Disputes" team) wants to have an additional button on their Instructions activity to open a link. We are able to give them that button by taking the following steps:

1. Create a sys_declarative_action_assignment record for the custom button

2. Navigate to Playbook Experience > Playbook Experiences

3. Select CSM Configurable Workspace Playbook

4. In the Action Mapping related list, create a new record that references the record created in step 1

Now, our Disputes agents can use CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace to open a case with a Disputes playbook attached to it. When they hit an Instruction step in that playbook, our new action defined in step 1 is available to them. Unfortunately, all our other playbooks (status inquiry, account closure, etc) also have this button available in the instruction activity of their playbooks...

One possible way around this is to clone the Instruction activity to make a specific Disputes Instruction activity and map our custom action to that new activity in step 4. This doesn't feel right, as this potentially requires activities to scale 1:1 with custom buttons to the point where our activities list may become unmanageable. Instead, I tried to configure a custom Playbook Experience that I could select in step 3 instead of the default CSM one. I've configured the custom Playbook Experience that only our Disputes team will use, but I can't figure out how to get the Disputes playbook to use the Disputes experience. What am I missing?
