I have a dashboard which includes reports that use both the case and the SLA table as data sources.
I'd like to create an interactive filter for Subcategory and have it apply to all the reports on a single page (Case and SLA based), but I'm having some trouble getting this to work. I have tried creating a Choice list filter using the necessary Subcategories as options and the Case table as it's source, but this doesn't seem to filter any reports based on the SLA table. I've also tried to create a reference list interactive filter, but I want it to dynamically select all the subcategories relevant to specific Assignment groups and I can't do this if I use the sys_choice table as the reference table for the reference list interactive filter.
Can anyone suggest how I might solve this?

Hi @JeffLean ,
The reason that you can't utilize subcategories in a reference interactive filter, that is due to that the subcategory is a choice list and not a reference field.

Hi @JeffLean ,
That you can't do with a choice interactive filter - only with a reference interactive filter. Alternative you can also utilize group interactive filter - but this is from my perspective not a pretty solution.

Thanks Anders but for some reason I can't use subcategory in a reference filter. Maybe I'm missing something, or perhaps it's a configuration issue.
