How to set gray colour to one particular assignment group

Hi All Can you guide me,

How to set gray colour to one particular assignment group in incident form
When ever we select "X" assignment group in incident form it should change colour as grey 

On load of particular assignment group

Please guide me steps and any script please

Only IT Service Desk Group Should change colour as grey

What do you mean with color grey? Like that it actually should become read only?

Did you try adding a UI Policy for example? This way - client side - the field can become read-only.

in field name

and we need colour code to grey not red please help out
