Modify the Notifications Body with Variable details that are filled by the User.

After all request forms are submitted, update the description of the case that is generated with all of the variables filled out by the requester on the form. 

Add 'Description' to all notifications that go to the fulfiller. This should be done in all notifications. This should be shown in the 'request summary' section of the notification. 

 

Note* Description field on case form is Hidden.

Can we use Script include for this or the Script on the record producer can do this?

Case is created from SP portal, so the fields the user fills must be added in the Description field and this Description should be added in the email Body.
