Not able to upload logo for new portal

I have created one portal making copy of csm portal. I do not see option to change the logo.

HI @nehasingh98 ,

 

You can do banding using branding editor https://xxx.service-now.com/sp_config?id=branding_editor. There you will get option to change the logo.

Hi Neha,

 

Go to Service Portal > Portals in the Native UI.

Open the record of the Portal that you have created.

As shown below you will see the logo field on the record.

Alternatively, you can go to Service Portal Configuration.

Select Branding Editor.

Select the correct portal as highlighted below and you can change the logo.

In first option i was not getting upload option. 2nd option worked.
