Does anyone know how to Open up the ServiceNow Demand Portal? We have a Portal for Internal Users to submit Enhancements, etc. Well, we also open up the Concept Request portion for Demands. Currently as an Admin I can see it, and click "Save" or "Submit", but our Users can't. Does anyone know where I may find either an ACL or something similar causing some Users not to see?

It sounds like you may have something custom set up for demands and enhancements.
What is the name of the tables where you have enhancements and concept requests?
