Playbook as first tab in front-line case page CSM workspace

How can we add Playbook as first tab in CSM workspace front-line case page? 

Also how to add a custom UI action in an particular Playbook activity card only and hide OOB ui actions?

@Brad Tilton  - We are currently running on Australia and in the CSM/FSM configurable workspace the related lists are inside the contextual side bar. We want our playbook to be displayed in the Case details section when an agent works on the case.

 

Earlier we used to add it as a separate tab in the page. How do we achieve this in the Frontline Case page in Australia?

For anyone that may come across this after upgrading to Australia, you may want to consider disabling the new "Front-line Case page" record variant in the CSM Workspace to get back to the previous default record layout. IMHO, this is another rushed release that results a degraded UX.
