@Nandhinisri : Please start with installing the Customer Service plugin (com.sn_customerservice), and based on your use-cases within CSM, you can start installing the other plugins by following the below link.

Once you have the necessary plugins in place, start with guided setup, which helps you setup your application as per your needs.
