Please search in plugins whether you are able to see this plugin in your PDI Customer Service plugin (com.sn_customerservice) or not and if not let me know.

Go to Application Manager by selecting Plugins under System Definition in Left Navigator. Search for Customer Service Management Application, you will find it under Servicenow Products to install.

I installed the mentioned plugin but there are no demo data available.
