Hi community, I am new to ServiceNow and want to start my career in ServiceNow can someone guide me in the right direction? Where do I start, and how do I make good projects for real hands-on practice if someone recently learned ServiceNow and has a curated list of resources and how much time it would take to become proficient in admin and developer levels, and I want to also learn ITSM and ITOM.
