@Giga Sage,  Suppose , in one order guide  i have add one catalog where  i need to add multiple contact (suppose 3 contact). so based on multiple contact after raise a request through one order guide  create 3 RITM. is it possible ? please provide the solution

In general, each item added through a Catalog item generates one RITM.

So adding multiple items will add one RITM per item added.

If I understand your requirement, I believe you want to add multiple RITMs based on a variable value on the item.

This can be done through some scripting, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Those complex kind of solutions often won't work in the long run.

You can handle that in the (work)flow that handles the RITM. Get the variable where the contacts are added and create the additional RITMs for each contact.
