Sending Announcement as email notification to User

Hello All,

We have one requirement from Customer.

Whenever we set up a Announcement for Service Portal, it should be also sent as an email to certain Users who are configured in Can View and Cannot View

As far as I checked, its not possible to do it Out of the box in ServiceNow since there is no option for it Announcements. Anyone came across similiar requirement before and implemented it?

1. Create an email notification on "Announcement" table (sysevent_email_action) table.

2. The "send when" should be record inserted.

3. Add the users in "who will receive" tab.

4. Add the email content to the notification.
