Unable to configure style in workspace.

I have configured a style in native UI where a clock sign is shown against a field in form view and list view when a condition is met. Now, as a part of migration to workspace from native UI, I am planning to configure a similar style in workspace but I am not able to. Please suggest me ways.

Clock sign seems to be not possible in workspace, however you can explore highlighted value concept to see if this meets your requirement.
