Why my catalog item shows in review? Why I am unable to use the try it option?

is your catalog item in checked out state if someone is updating it via catalog builder?

Thank you for trying but it is not helpful. I do not get the try it option. When I try to click on activate button it says item in draft can not be activated. I don't know what's wrong with system.

Hello @kabhinav34 

This happens when the catalog item is checked out for editing in Catalog Builder.

Try these steps:

  • Open the Infinity HHD record
  • Click on Cancel Checkout button in the top-right corner.

This will release the checkout from Catalog Builder
