Worknotes and comments are not being updated in case activity via import sets

Worknotes and comments are not being updated in case activity via import sets..but I can see the data in list view.

Is there any additional configuration required for this to populate on case activity form?

then it means data is getting loaded for those fields

But still the data is not visible in case activity. Any specific reason for this?

what's the target table?

Comments and/or Worknotes do not show on the activity stream

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar 

I am trying to import comments and worknotes to the cases ..when I added target table as case I am not able to import the comments and worknotes..so I have changed the target table to journal field and now I am able to see the data in cases list but not on case activity..

Please let me know if anything is wrong here..

your target table should be case since that's where you want to load cases

after loading each case you are loading worknotes and comments as well.
