CWM create a connected work query to pull data but the list view does not reflect changes

I am able to create a new CWM space and board. I create an initial Connected Work query and successfully pull in data to my board.

issue:  when the data refreshes in the tool, say something changes status from active=True to active=False (this would be part of the connected work queries) the list view does not update.

issue2: when i update my connected work query the list view does not update, I must delete my board and start from scratch each time.

Anyone having this issue? Yokohama patch 8 .. thank you

Hi @TaylorJ ,

As per Connected Work FAQ :

What happens when I change the conditions on a connected work item?

When the condition in connect work is updated or disabled the existing work items that match the previous condition are not automatically removed from the board.

To update the board with the new filter condition, remove the item type from connected work and then re-add it with the updated condition.

This is intended behavior. As users adjust conditions,  we're not sure whether previously imported items should be removed, so it leaves them in place unless the user explicitly manually removes the item or removes the item type entirely.

Hi @TaylorJ ,
It is dynamic - meaning we continue to show the NEW work which matches the criteria. Only catch here is that once the record is created in the Board, we dont remove it automatically once the query doesn't match with the record.

Let me know if you have further queries.
