Collaborative Work Management Connected Work Available Columns not showing data from connected work

Hi all,

 

While using the connected work feature within CWM, the custom columns from the connected work appears in the CWM gear icon area to display within the CWM board. However, the data does not pull in from that table into the board. Other fields like Number, short description, etc. work fine. Anyone else had this issue and is there a work around for it?

Hi Nicole,

We will pull and merge only common columns(like you mentioned number, short description, assigned to, state and other fields). Please note that custom columns and their data only exists in CWM table (sn_cwm_task).

You can add custom column data for the connected work, and it will be continued to store against that connected record.

Thank you for the reply.  Just to be clear you are saying that on CWB, we would need to create the same custom column that is currently located in the connected work's table? If you have a video or site with How-to's that would be great.
