CWM Document tab - need refresh time setting

Hello,

We are using CWM in Xanadu patch 7a.

When we open a document in CWM workspace, we find that there is a timeout every 2 minutes. Is there a setting to increase this timeout/refresh time to more than 10 minutes?

Hi Ashwini

Can you please let us know what is the sn_docs plugin/app version you have?

This should not be happening 6.0.0 or higher version. 

While you plan to upgrade docs version, please try to update other depending apps (CWM, project workspace, strategic planning workspace).

@Sunil B N , We are using 6.0 version of sn_docs but on reading your response, updated it to 6.1.0.

We think this issue is not faced by all users, admins are not able to reproduce this issue. Is it dependent on roles or maybe even browser cache?

Hi Ashwini,

Version 6.0 or higher should be fine.
Could you please clarify if the users are experiencing this timeout while actively working on the doc, or does it occur when the tab is inactive and they see the timeout after 2 minutes? If it's the latter, it might be related to the session timeout settings.

Otherwise, please raise a case with us and we will look into it further.
