Hello - I'm going through workflows related to CWM, and while doing some work in SPW, noticed that CWM boards are not available in the List activity in SPW. I'd expect to see them listed under the Planning Items category:
I'm wondering if I missed a step in the configuration, or if this was an oversight in the implementation steps.
I found this documentation - Customize Lists in Strategic Planning Workspace
And this blog post - Configuring Lists in Configurable Workspace - ServiceNow Community
Wondering if the CWM product team has a recommendation?
Thanks.

Hi @Sunil B N ,
Yes, that works (see screenshot below). Thank you. Curious if I missed a configuration step somewhere or if maybe this is something that could be added to the CWM implementation steps.
sys_ux_list_category:
Planning Items (from SPW):
Thanks!

A couple follow-ups to this now that the list is available via the SPW list view. The list view needs the column's adjusted and a filter on it. We do not what the CWM "Workspace" to be listed (or at least not the first column in the list) - we get a 'Security constraints prevent access to requested page' when accessing. We also do not what personal workspaces listed here, so we'd want to filter this list down somehow (not sure what the best filter would be). Maybe some kinks to be worked out on CWM's place in Strategic Planning? How does a board 'qualify' to be listed in SPW?
Curious on thoughts to these items.

Hi @Jonah Piascik ,
I believe logged-in user gets a 'Security constraints prevent access to requested page' when accessing the CwM Board. if yes, please check if user has has sn_cwm.cwm_user role.
Not sure what do you mean by this - "We also do not what personal workspaces listed here, so we'd want to filter this list down somehow (not sure what the best filter would be)."
"How does a board 'qualify' to be listed in SPW" - can you check if the condition of the portfolio plan matches with CWM board? If not, below error will be displayed:
To fix this error, check the portfolio plan by selecting 'Edit Portfolio Plan' as shown below:
To fix the error ensure that one of the selected department is configured in the CWM Board as well to display the CWM board on the SPW.
Hope this helps !
Happy SPM Learning !!
