Been exploring the #BuildMoreWithBuildAgent challenge and wanted to try something a bit different ๐Ÿ‘‡
Instead of building another ITSM use case, I thoughtโ€ฆ
what if we could improve something employees actually use every day - right inside Employee Center?
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ So I built a Now Cafeteria Experience Hub on ServiceNow.
The idea is to extend the Employee Center experience (where employees already go for IT & HR support) and bring cafeteria services into the same place.
๐Ÿ”น What it does:
Displays daily menus (Monโ€“Fri) for multiple locations (USA, UK, Switzerland)
Clean, modern UI with separate sections for:
Veg ๐ŸŒฑ
Non-Veg ๐Ÿ—
Vegan ๐Ÿฅ—
Dessert ๐Ÿฐ
Shows general menu items by location
๐Ÿ”น What makes it interesting:
Fully integrated into Employee Center
Employees can request for custom meals
Adds an interactive layer (requests & feedback) instead of just static menus
Built using UI Builder / modern workspace experience
๐Ÿ”น For the cafeteria team:
Simple interface to update menus
Manage meal requests efficiently
Keep everything centralized within ServiceNow
This was a fun reminder that ServiceNow doesnโ€™t have to stop at IT or HR โ€”
it can enhance everyday employee experiences across the workplace.
Still iterating and exploring more possibilities with Build Agent ๐Ÿš€
Would love to hear your thoughts!

about Haptic 2.0 -

After the great response to Haptic 1.0 and seeing it get selected for the App Store during #BuildWithBuildAgent, I wanted to take that idea a step further. With the new ServiceNow Australia Release, I spent some time rethinking it, and thatโ€™s how Haptic 2.0 was born.

The idea is simple, what if someone who uses sign language could talk to a support agent just like anyone else, without barriers?

With #buildmorewithBuildAgent , Haptic 2.0, a user can use their camera to show gestures, and those gestures are instantly converted into text. The system understands the context and can even trigger actions like creating or updating a request. On the other side, when an agent responds, their message is converted back into a format the user can easily understand creating a natural, real-time conversation between both.

The best part is, this is built using native capabilities like Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and UI Builder showing how powerful ServiceNow can be when we think differently.

At its core, Haptic 2.0 is grounded in Responsible AI, designed to empower people, not replace them, by keeping human interaction at the center and making accessibility a built-in experience rather than an afterthought. It focuses on clarity and trust in how gestures and responses are interpreted, while ensuring privacy in handling real-time camera and communication data, and remains assistive by keeping humans in the loop for meaningful interactions.

More than just a feature, Haptic 2.0 demonstrates whatโ€™s possible when AI becomes a real-time communication bridge, helping people connect, enabling inclusion, and extending seamlessly across ITSM, HR, CSM, and beyond.
Sometimes innovation is not about building more and itโ€™s about making technology accessible to those who need it the most.

Would love to hear your thoughts ..

Hey @laurentapia

Hi everyone,

As part of the #BuildMoreWithBuildAgent challenge, I built an AI-driven Approval Intelligence Engine using ServiceNow.

Using natural language prompts, the entire application โ€” data model, business logic, and dashboard UI โ€” was generated and refined iteratively with Build Agent.

 What I built

A smart approval system that:

  • Calculates risk automatically
  • Routes approvals dynamically based on risk
  • Detects anomalies & suspicious requests
  • Provides real-time analytics dashboard

 Key Features

  • Smart Risk Engine
Multi-factor risk scoring (amount, urgency, user behavior)
  • Dynamic Approval Routing
    Low โ†’ Auto-approved

Hello @laurentapia ,

๐Ÿš€ Successfully completed the #BuildMoreWithBuildAgent Challenge!

๐Ÿ”— LinkedIn Post (Challenge Submission): Click to open Link

๐Ÿš€ As part of the #BuildMoreWithBuildAgent challenge, I built TrustIQ โ€“ Unified Risk, Credit & Fraud Intelligence Platform, an end-to-end application designed to unify credit analysis, fraud detection, and risk-based decision-making into a single system.

๐Ÿข In many organizations, these capabilities exist in silos, leading to delayed decisions and lack of visibility. TrustIQ addresses this by providing a centralized platform where users can evaluate individuals and businesses using a unified Trust Score derived from multiple data points.

๐Ÿงฉ The application includes core modules such as profile management for individuals and businesses, credit data tracking, transaction history, fraud alerts, and vendor assessments. A Trust Score Engine calculates risk by combining credit behavior, transaction patterns, and fraud indicators, categorizing profiles into Low, Medium, and High risk.

๐Ÿ”„ To enhance decision-making, I implemented a Credit Score Simulator that allows users to test scenarios such as increased utilization or missed payments and view the predicted impact on Trust Score and risk level. A Decision Engine automates outcomes like Approve, Review, or Reject based on configurable rules, while an AI Insights section explains why a profile is considered risky and suggests improvement actions.

๐Ÿ“Š The application also includes a visually rich dashboard with KPI indicators, risk distribution charts, fraud trends, and high-risk profile lists. The UI is designed using a modern workspace-style layout with card-based components, tab navigation, and color-coded risk indicators for better usability and clarity.

Here are the exact prompts I used to build TrustIQ using ServiceNow Build Agent:

๐Ÿ”น Prompt 1 โ€“ Application Foundation

Create a scoped application called "TrustIQ โ€“ Unified Risk, Credit & Fraud Intelligence Platform" with the backend scope name set as trustiq.

Define core tables:
- Profile (Individual/Business)
- Credit Data
- Transaction History
- Fraud Alert
- Vendor Assessment

Include relationships between tables and ensure each table has relevant fields like name, type, score, risk level, status, timestamps.

Generate sample records for each table so the application has meaningful data for demonstration.

๐Ÿ”น Prompt 2 โ€“ Core Intelligence + Data

Enhance the "TrustIQ โ€“ Unified Risk, Credit & Fraud Intelligence Platform" application by implementing core intelligence modules along with rich demo data.

Demo Data:
Generate realistic and varied data:
At least 50โ€“100 profiles (Individuals and Businesses)

Include:
Credit scores (300โ€“850), utilization %, payment history
Transaction history with varied amounts and locations
Mix of safe and risky behaviors

Ensure:
30% High Risk, 40% Medium Risk, 30% Low Risk
20โ€“30% profiles have fraud alerts

Generate Vendor Assessments for business profiles with mixed outcomes

Core Engines:

1. Trust Score Engine
Calculate Trust Score using:
Credit score
Transaction risk indicators
Fraud signals

Categorize into:
Low, Medium, High risk

Store Trust Score and Risk Level on Profile

2. Fraud Detection Engine
Implement rule-based logic:
High transaction amount
Unusual location
Rapid repeated transactions

Generate:
Fraud Risk Score
Fraud Alert records for high-risk cases

Link alerts to profiles

3. Vendor Assessment Module
Evaluate business profiles using:
Payment behavior
Risk indicators

Assign Vendor Trust Rating

Provide recommendation:
Approve, Review, Reject

Ensure all generated data triggers these engines so outputs are meaningful and usable in UI and dashboards.

๐Ÿ”น Prompt 3 โ€“ Predictive + Dashboard + UI

Enhance the "TrustIQ โ€“ Unified Risk, Credit & Fraud Intelligence Platform" application with predictive capabilities, decision automation, intelligent insights, and a visually rich modern user interface.

Credit Score Simulator:
Create a Credit Score Simulator that allows users to simulate financial scenarios such as:
Increased credit usage
Missed payments
Opening new credit accounts

Display:
Predicted change in Trust Score
Updated Risk Level (Low, Medium, High)

Decision Engine:
Auto-approve Low Risk profiles
Flag High Risk profiles
Require verification for Medium Risk profiles

Store decision outcomes:
Approve
Review
Reject

AI Insights:
Explain why a profile is Low, Medium, or High risk
Show key contributing factors
Suggest improvements

Dashboard:
KPI Indicators, Charts, Lists (Risk Distribution, Fraud Trends, Credit vs Risk, High-Risk Profiles)

UI Enhancements:
Modern workspace layout
Tab navigation (Overview, Credit, Fraud, Analytics)
Color coding (Green, Orange, Red)
Card-based design with clean spacing

๐Ÿ”น Prompt 4 โ€“ Vendor Decision Fix

Enhance the TrustIQ application to populate the Vendor Decision report with meaningful data.

Ensure:
- Business profiles generate Vendor Assessment records
- Each includes Vendor Trust Rating, Decision Outcome, Risk Level
- Generate 20โ€“30 records with mixed decisions
- Ensure dashboard displays Vendor Decision Distribution correctly

Goal:
Vendor Decision report should never be empty.

๐Ÿ”น Prompt 5 โ€“ UI Enhancement

Enhance the "TrustIQ โ€“ Unified Risk, Credit & Fraud Intelligence Platform" with a modern, premium, and visually appealing user interface inspired by SaaS dashboards.

Use:
- Light theme with subtle background
- Blue primary color
- Green/Orange/Red risk indicators

Apply:
- Card-based layout
- Rounded corners
- Clean spacing and typography
- Prominent Trust Score display
- Section-based layout (Credit, Fraud, Decision, Insights)
- Smooth interactions and clean UX

Goal:
UI should look like a modern fintech or risk intelligence platform.

๐Ÿ’ก These prompts helped transform the idea into a complete, data-driven and visually rich application.
