@thullurishalini The Service Level Agreements (SLA) usually apply on the tables extended from the task table. The objective here is to ensure the timely fulfilment of a Task/Service.

 

This doesn't apply on a KB article or a Catalog item as either they are for the information purposes or they help user in ordering something.
