Hello All ,

Thank you for your help on this chain , I was not getting any particular idea on how I can achieve so I thought of resetting the PDI still it was of no help .

Then I released the PDI as it was on San Diego release and created a new PDI for Rome Release still the issue was persisting due to which i tried a simple solution of trying to login to the same PDI from different browser , this is really confusing but yes the same instance of my PDI is working fine in "Microsoft EDGE" while not in "Chrome" .PFA
In case any one is facing the same issue please don't hesitate in switching your browser before rolling out the PDI.
Thank you

Hi,

can you please check if it is added on any other section because you cannot see Activities on multiple sections. It will be visible only one section.

Hello Pavan,

The Issue still persist I have check all details New form has both the options work notes as well as activity stream , while once the request or incident is submitted it disappears , I tried checking all types of client script didnt find any issue PFA.

As per my understanding there might be some issue with PDA.

Since the fields display on the new form, I don't see a need to check form layout or form design. The fields are there.

Since there is also no indicator that you are in a view other than Default, I would not consider Views either.

I would take a look at UI Policies and Client Scripts personally. ACLs may be a factor as well (the read ACL to be specific.)

Easiest way to get to a list of a bunch of scripts, policies, and ACLs for a table is to type the table name plus .config in the application navigator. E.g. Type  incident.config  to get to the configs for the incident table which looks like this:

find_real_file.png

Once you get here, you can filter each list in the tabs for keywords. In this case, search for the column names of missing fields.
