Hello All ,
Thank you for your help on this chain , I was not getting any particular idea on how I can achieve so I thought of resetting the PDI still it was of no help .
Then I released the PDI as it was on San Diego release and created a new PDI for Rome Release still the issue was persisting due to which i tried a simple solution of trying to login to the same PDI from different browser , this is really confusing but yes the same instance of my PDI is working fine in "Microsoft EDGE" while not in "Chrome" .PFA
In case any one is facing the same issue please don't hesitate in switching your browser before rolling out the PDI.
Thank you

Hi,
please refer below link and while creating you can not see activity stream because it will appears once record is created.
make sure glide.ui.activity_stream.form_button this system property is true in order to add in form layout.
you can check go to sys_properties.LIST in the application navigator and make value as true
1. Right click on the form and go to the configure > Form Layout.
2. Add the Activities in notes section as shown below.
Hope it helps!!
Please Mark ✅ Correct/Helpful, Thanks!!

Hello Pavan
The property "glide.ui.activity_stream.form_button" is set as true and in the Notes section Activity(filtered) is added already.
I also tried to create a new section as below :
But the issue still persists as the new section also appears to be blank , PFA :
