Add affected Ci related list which life cycle state is operational

Hi all,

Working on scenario: when requesters add or edit.. affected ci's in change request related list the ci's class should be principal class and life cycle state is operational.

anyone please assist me on this scenario.

This is quite easily achieved, however there are a few steps you need to follow to implement this.

Thank you its working on Add button

but it not working for Edit... button, when requester clicks on edit.. then slush bucket should shows list of CI's with the same condition(class is principal and life cycle state is operational.

Hi @NileshP,

 

No problem at all. That makes life even easier...

On the Related list, click on one of the column headers as show in the first image below and naviagte to "Configure > List control".

Then, go down to the 'Edit default filter' and configure it accordingly - See the second screen shot for an example.

Hi @Robbie 

yes there a problem, if we build default filter as suggested, on slush bucket it again editable, how do we make readonly the slush bucket default filter?
