Add custom assessments like impact assessment and PIR assessment in service operations workspace

we are configuring change/problem/incident in sow for our customer . 

While configuring for change i can see risk assesment but we have additional custom assesments like impact and PIR at different stages of change request .
how to configure these additional assessments in sow

Hi  @Tanushree Maiti ,

Impact and PIR are already configured in change request ...but they are not showing up in sow ..only risk assessment is showing as per the screenshot i attached in the post .

All the 3 links i have referred earlier they are not relevant to requirement that i am looking for and they are not related to SOW
