Is there a way for a custom app (built with App Engine Studio) to add custom tasks to My Tasks in the Employee Centre portal?
I need to get tasks assigned in a workflow in front of users in the portal - in an easy to use way.
I tried using the Data Table from Instance Definition widget and configuring it to work with my custom tasks table (derived from the built-in Tasks table type). It works, but it isn't very polished.
