On our change request I want to permanently add two of our process users to the watch list. So for all change requests these two users should be on the watch list.
I've had a look around the community and can't find what I want.
Any suggestions?

Instead of scripting this, why don't you just add them to the notifications sent out to the watch list?

Thanks Mike that's a much better work around.
Thanks also to those others that responded, fwiw we have a somewhat complicated approval structure atm and as a result someone has to manually approve changes and also has to have a back up, hence the need to add two users.
Have a great weekend

Two other options for you then.
- Assign the approval to a group and put both those people in the group. That way, when the staffing / approving situation changes you manage it in group memberships where people would expect, instead of in tool customization.
- Give your users easily reachable interfaces for defining a delegate.

Another thing I used to do with a long set of WatchList users was to have an externally enabled DL set for them to be added to and added a "Watchlist: User1" Service Now user with the DL as the email address so that I could just reference the 1 user and effectively all in the DL get the email.
