Additional comments and Worknotes are appearing twice in SOW

Hi ,

I had a requirement to customize the RITM form for the SOW view. Post the customization, the work notes and additional comments are appearing twice one in the custom (NOTES) section and one in the compose section. I can't remove the notes section as I have a field (Work Notes List) which needs to be visible under that section and just want work notes and additional comments to appear under compose section. How do I achieve that? Refer images below:

Solutions tried:

1. Hide the journal fields using UI policy or Client script - using this work notes and additional comments gets hidden from both places

2. Removed work notes and additional comments from Notes Section - upon removal of the fields the compose section doesn't appear nor does the option to change the layout at the bottom appears.

Tried the solution present in the above link. The thing is that I have a field called as work notes list which I need it under a section. If I use the solution given in the link the section gets hidden which I don't want to. So how do I remove the duplicity of fields?
