I have the requirement to convert the Additional Comments text box into an HTML editor input box.
In other words, we want the HTML controls such as formatting, adding attachments, and inline images right there in the Additional Comments box in the incident. How would I go about doing this?
I have seen a few other users in the community have implemented this exact feature. Here's an example of what it looks like from a user's screenshot.
