Alert when user will login to service now instance

Hi Team,

I have a requirement,

I need to populate Alert when user will login to instance, I need only show Alert with Ok button,

I saw few articles like - https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-articles/create-a-popup-message-on-login/ta-p/2305530 but this article show Cancel and Ok buttons

I need to show alert like 'Next Experience UI'

I need only Alert message (Hello, You are login to ServiceNow Instance, You need any help please Submit an incident or contact IT Service Desk Team. Thanks)

Please refer the below youtube video where there is only Ok Button. Unfortunately there's no XML or updatesets, so you have to pause the screen and refer the script
