I have configured the pipelines according to the ServiceNow documentation in the following order Dev ->Test->Prod and in the Management Center the requests follow the pipeline correctly.
When I make an app deployment request in the Dev instance I get the request in the AES Management Studio in the Prod instance, and I can approve the request and move the app up from the Dev environment to the Test environment until it reaches the target environment which is the Prod environment in the Prod instance, but the app won’t show in AES in the Prod instance.
How can we make the app show in the final environment and in AES so we can deploy it to the Service Portal in the Dev instance?
