Attribute is missing for OOB table fields

Hi,

We have observed that in the incident table, certain Out-of-Box (OOB) fields possess the attribute "edge_encryption_enabled=true." Subsequently, a related attribute list is automatically generated, displaying the value "Edge Encryption Enabled" as true. However, in our new instance, this attribute is not being displayed for the same field; instead, an empty attribute is shown. I am attaching a screenshot for your reference. Please check and provide assistance.

Thanks,

Rakesh T

There can be a number of things at play here. Based on the screenshot, I would suspect an ACL related issue on the new instance. Make sure you have the 'security_admin' role (you don't need to turn on elevated access, just possess the role) and see if that makes a difference.

Hi @Laszlo Balla ,

Thanks for the response. I have security_admin role in my instance and there is no difference.

Hi @Rakesh50

Log a Case to HI support ,if with security's|_admin role or ACL it not work for you.
