I'm seeing like below attachment why this is happing I didn't no why this happing. Please let me know why this happing.

You need to turn off debugging.

 

Search "Debug" in the Filter navigator and click "Disable All". Try refreshing the page or clearing cache if it still shows somehow.

Nothing to worry, it is just a debug option. Suggested by @Pranav_Thanedar try this method.
