What are the benefits and effects of using ServiceNow's Incident and Problem Management to manage the failure information that was previously managed in Excel?
For example, please tell us specifically what you can do with ServiceNow that you could not do with Excel.

You could name workflows, collaboration, automation, share information etc.... There are so many benefits that only the imagination set the boundaries.
